BioWare Ireland, a Division of EA Games (We Make Awesome) is in the initial stages of opening a Global Customer Support and Operations Centre based in Galway. This brand new facility will provide support to the highly anticipated Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ MMORPG.
We are looking to fill a host of different roles at all levels across the following teams:
• Global Customer Support including Game Experts, Account Support and Technical Customer Support Representatives
• Site Operations
• Quality & Fraud Prevention
• Knowledge Base
• Training
• Workforce Management
